MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

THE TRAVEL AGENTS FEDERATION OF INDIA
1.
Name of the Society:- The name of the Society shall be " The Travel Agents Federation of India..
2.
Registered Office of the Society- The Registered Office of the Society shall be situated at: 405 -B, Neelkanth, 98, Marine Drive, Mumbai 400 002, OR any other as may be decided from time to time by the Managing Committee.
3.
Objects of the Society:- The Society is established.
a.
To promote, foster, encourage, assist and initiate unity among the Travel Agents.
b.
To take an active interest in the Civic, Social and moral Welfare of the Dealers who are in Traveling business.
c.
To provide for a code of conduct amongst the members of the Federation.
d.
To take keen interest in public activities and the financial culture and special upliftment of the Agents, and general public.
e.
To hold lectures for giving advance knowledge information about business and to hold conferences for implementation of plans and to consider formulate to the projects & the ideas.
f.
To support Government, Semi-Govt., Municipal-Schemes and / or any other schemes which are beneficial to the general public & the Agents of The Travel Agents Federation of India.
g.
To help, make better, travel condition for the public at large , and maintain public roads, traffic signs, pollution control, etc...

The Following are the names, addresses, designations, age, occupation and Nationality of whom by rules & regulations of the society the management and the affairs are entrusted up to 31 March, 1998..
"Chapter Committee" shall mean the members for the time being of the Chapter Committee of the Chapter constituted in the manner prescribed by these Rules and Regulations.
