    Process of Registration / Filling up the form

  • All applicants have to register for the convention online through www.tafionline.com/turkey only.
    No off-line registration will be accepted.
  • Please use one application for one room. For multiple delegates from same organisation, taking individual rooms, please make separate registration.
  • Please keep a scanned copy of your passport in pdf format and your passport size photograph (white background) when you start the application process. Please scan only the first and last page of the passport. Do note that the file should not exceed 500kb each.
  • All delegates are requested to please read through all terms & conditions and other information before proceeding to register for the convention.
  • You can make payments either on-line by NEFT or RTGS. You also have the option to pay by credit card (Service Charge 2.00%). You can send a cheque or demand draft to TAFI office in favour of "TRAVEL AGENTS FEDERATION OF INDIA", payable at Mumbai. Registration process will only begin on receipt of full payments.
  • In case of any corrections required after completing your application, you are requested to send a mail to turkey@tafi.org.in
  • We have a remarks field mentioned at the end of the form, where you can put in any query which you may have.
  • You may alternately send us a email at turkey@tafi.org.in with your query. Please mention your temporary registration number.
  • Terms & Conditions

  • TAFI Convention is a Private event organised by TAFI. Rights of Admission Reserved. Decision of TAFI Convention Committee will be final and binding.
  • On completing registration online, you shall be issued a Temporary Delegate confimation or acknowledgement. However this is not the final confirmation of acceptance. A Final Delegate confirmation letter will be issued in confirmation of your registration.
  • TAFI Shall issue one letter of confirmation, which needs to be submitted along with the Visa Application to get benefit of "GRATIS" Visa for TAFI Delegate. Only the Visa fees will be gratis. VFS Charges will apply. Gratis Visa is only for offline visa applications.
  • Subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
  • Changes & Refund Rules

  • One change of date is permitted at a charge of Rs. 2000 (on the inbound only) subject to availability on the same RBD before issuance of the ticket.
  • After issuance of the ticket, changes will be subject to availability at a charge of Rs. 2000 + Fare difference if applicable.
  • Re-routing of tickets are not permitted. Tickets have to be used in the same sequence.
  • All changes will be handled by TAFI ticketing team only. Please send your mails to tickets.turkey@tafi.org.in Please do not contact the Turkish Airline offices for changes.
  • Delegates are allowed to cancel their registration upto 23rd September 2017 at a minimal administrative charge of Rs. 5000 per person. Nil Refund after 23rd September 2017 onwards. Refunds will be paid only after completion of the convention, subject to approval.
  • Important Information

  • All Applicants are expected to attend Full convention program and activities organized by TAFI and Turkish Counterparts. Please ensure that you are present in all Business Sessions, B2B sessions, Hosted dinners.
  • Formal attire required during Business Sessions and B2B sessions.
  • Dinners will be in Smart Casual / Formal attire.
  • Please bring to our notice and pay the correct amounts even in case of any wrong auto-calculation of the delegate charges. Please note that the registration confirmation will only be given on correct payment.

By completing my registeration as a delegate, I hereby confirm that the persons travelling with me are my family members / employees of my organisation. TAFI reserves the right to cancel our registration at any time if found otherwise. I have read through the Terms & Conditions, Refund Rules and Important information, and accept all of them on behalf of all the delegates in this application.
